2. Who can join Vyaparasetu?

Anyone contributing to or participating in the business ecosystem can become a VEEP—this includes startup founders, MSME owners, investors, mentors, CSR leaders, incubators, accelerators, consultants, and enablers.

3. What is a VEEP?

VEEP stands for Vyaparasetu’s Ecosystem Enabling Partner. It's a status given to registered members who gain access to a wide range of tools, resources, and benefits that fuel sustainable business growth.

4. What is the cost to become a VEEP?

To become a VEEP, you must pay:

A one-time registration fee of ₹1,116, which covers your Welcome Kit and onboarding formalities.

An annual subscription fee of ₹48,000, which gives you year-long access to all benefits, events, and services under the Vyaparasetu umbrella.

7. Are the laptop and services really included?

Yes. As a token of empowerment, we provide every registered VEEP with a refurbished i5 laptop and full benefit access. We are committed to making your business journey smoother and stronger.

8. Is the ₹48,000 annual fee refundable?

No. The subscription fee is non-refundable, as services and infrastructure access are provisioned immediately upon onboarding.

9. How long is the VEEP membership valid?

VEEP membership is valid for 1 year from the date of activation. You can renew annually to continue receiving benefits.

10. Can I pay in installments?

At present, the annual fee is to be paid in one go. EMI-based payment options may be introduced soon through our finance partners.

11. What is the Entrepreneur Sustainability Package (ESP)?

ESP is an exclusive toolkit that includes investor-ready templates, pitch decks, financial planners, growth checklists, and access to strategic business guides.

12. Are the cab rides truly free?

Yes. Each VEEP receives 10 free cab rides per month (totaling 120 per year), usable within Hyderabad city limits. Rides are coordinated via our integrated ride-hailing partners.

No. You can avail multiple expert financial counseling sessions on business planning, tax, debt recovery, investment readiness, and profitability strategies.

19. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. All active VEEPs are awarded an official certificate and are also automatically nominated for Vyaparasetu Business Awards.

20. Is there a referral program?

Yes. VEEPs who refer eligible candidates to join Vyaparasetu will receive referral bonuses and special privileges.

21. What support is offered post-registration?

Once registered, you'll be assigned a dedicated relationship manager and have 24x7 access to our support portal and WhatsApp assistance.

​

22. Can service providers (marketing, design, finance) join as VEEPs?

Yes. We welcome ecosystem enablers. You can offer your services to fellow VEEPs, collaborate, and grow within the network.

23. How do I renew my membership after one year?

You’ll receive a renewal notice before your term ends. You can renew instantly online through our secure payment gateway.

24. Will I be part of an online community?

Yes. VEEPs gain access to a private community group for idea exchange, collaboration, leads, job posting, and resource sharing.
